SIMU PARADISE accepts returns of unopened products within 30 days. Email support@simufun.com before sending a return.
Which products can be returned?
Products must remain unopened and sealed. Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return?
- Email support@simufun.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Confirm that the product is unopened and sealed.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.
What if a product is defective?
Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. Defective products are handled separately under our limited warranty. See the warranty information in our FAQs for coverage and the return process.
