Shipping Policy
SIMU PARADISE offers free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Order processing takes approximately 3 days and shipping takes approximately 3 days, for an estimated total of 6 days.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing: approximately 3 days for order verification, preparation and dispatch.
- Shipping: approximately 3 days from dispatch to delivery.
- Total: approximately 6 days from placing your order.
These are estimates. Customs clearance, address issues and carrier delays may extend delivery time.
Shipping rates (USD)
For orders below $99, the configured standard shipping rate is $7.99 under the general shipping profile or $5.99 for products in the separate Standard profile. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Where available, Expedited shipping costs $11.99 and VIP SHIPPING costs $16.99. Paid expedited services are not included in the standard free-shipping offer.
Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges below the free-shipping threshold. Checkout shows the applicable methods and final charge for your order and destination.
Shipping availability and the final charge for your destination are shown at checkout. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Is the packaging discreet?
Orders use plain outer packaging without product descriptions.
